Model and Specifications

This product is a set product, which includes not only light cured orthodontic adhesive, but also bonding agent, etchant gel, and Luer-Lock Tips used in conjunction with it. The model specifications are:

Composition: This product is composed of resin matrix, initiating system, stabilizer, inorganic fillers and pigment.

Product performance: NANOFIL Orthodontic Adhesive Dental Resin is light-colored light curing composite material in the form of paste.

Scope of application: This product is used to bond ceramic brackets and metal brackets to tooth enamel.

Contraindications: If you are allergic to one of the ingredients, please do not use it.

1.Prepare the tooth surface: clean the enamel surface, rinse with water, and dry with oil-free and water-free gas. It is recommended to use a rubber dam to isolate moisture.

2.Surface acid etching: Apply the acid etchant to the tooth bonding area, let it sit for 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with water and blow dry. At this time, the tooth surface will appear chalky white color after acid etching. If no chalky white color appears, please repeat the acid etching step. After the etched surface is dry, make sure that the etched surface is not contaminated.

3. Use Orthodontic Adhesive Dental Resin:

3.1 Apply Primer/Bonding Agent: Use a brush to apply a thin and even layer of primer on the prepared tooth enamel surface. Wait 10-20 seconds and then use slow airflow to remove solvent until the light reflected by liquid on the prepared tooth enamel surface cannot be seen.

3.2 Apply orthodontic adhesive: Clean and dry the bonding surface at the bottom of the bracket. Apply a small amount of orthodontic adhesive on the bottom of the bracket to form a thin layer.

3.3 Paste the bracket: Immediately stick the bracket with adhesive on the bottom to the surface of the teeth that have been coated with primer, seat the bracket accurately.

3.4 Fix the position of the bracket by pressing, prevent sliding, and remove excess adhesive around the bottom of the bracket.

4. Curing: Light cure the surrounding area of the metal bracket for 10 seconds. If it is a ceramic bracket, light cure the surface of the bracket for 20 seconds. (Requirements for specifications of light curing instruments: conventional dental halogen lamp/LED lamp, light intensity not less than 400mW/cm2, and wavelength range between 400-515nm).

5. Place the orthodontic wires: After all the brackets are fixed, the orthodontic wires can be inserted.

1. Avoid contact of acid etching gel with mucous membranes, skin, and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with soap and water.

2. Avoid contact with skin or oral tissue before the product is cured. Upon contact, it may cause allergic reactions in some people. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical treatment
if necessary.

3. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Avoid contact with products containing eugenol.

5. This product is a photosensitive product. Please close the lid tightly in time and store it in a dark place.

Storage Conditions: The product should be stored away from light and in an environment of 10-25 .
